NOTE:

1. Once you receive an approval via email, please submit a payment in the amount of $85.00 PER watercraft. Please make checks payable to “Northampton Colony Yacht Club” and MAIL to: PO BOX 241 Sag Harbor, NY 11963

2. All watercrafts must be removed from the premises in the event of a named storm, and no later than October 30th.

3. By clicking “agree” above, the members and their family agree that- “We hereby waive all claims against the NCYC, its members, officers, directors, and representatives for any and all damages or losses occurring to a watercraft or a person[s] or property of others while in or about the property of the NCYC or in the launching, operating or retrieval of a watercraft.

4. Only members and the family of members may use the watercraft while on club property.

5. All watercraft must be stored in the rack and it is strongly suggested that items are locked in place. Member’s name must be prominently placed on each watercraft.
