Club House Rental Application


  1. Review Clubhouse Availability

 

  • As a member of the NCYC, each household is entitled to the reservation and use of the clubhouse for the purpose of having a private catered event.

  • Such reservation and use are limited to two events per household per calendar year.

  • Events are limited to a maximum of 50 guests.

  • Any member who wishes to reserve the clubhouse for such an event must complete the application below and submit.

  • The application must be submitted for approval at least 30 days prior to the requested reservation date.

  • Weekend events can start no earlier than 5pm and end no later than 11 pm. Weekday events can start no earlier than noon. 

  • Member responsibility to obtain all necessary Town of Southampton permits. Please contact The Fire Marshal for information regarding required permits: 631-702-2923.

  • Any repair because of damage to club facilities during a private event is the responsibility of the member hosting the event.

  • Members must require from all outside contractors and vendors coming onto the premise a certificate of insurance naming "Northampton Colony Yacht Club, its officers, board members, members, subsidiaries, and affiliates" as an additional insured. Please contact Commodore for full insurance requirements. Documents indicating conformance with all the above requirements MUST be emailed to the club commodore prior to utilizing our facilities. These requirements represent "standard industry practice" and are readily available from any reputable vendor or contractor.

  • Cooking not permitted in the clubhouse.

  • No fires are permitted on the beach.

  • No Tiki torches on the deck, near the tent or the clubhouse.

  • All trash must be removed from NCYC premises after a private event (including the beach and parking lot).

  • The board of Directors of NCYC reserves the right to make the final determination for the approval of any application.

                                       Private event Rates

  • Private events up to 20 guests $325.88 ($300 plus tax)

  • Private events 21-50 guests $543 ($500 plus tax)

  • $500 refundable security deposit required for all private events.

  • Once your event has been approved you will be emailed an invoice.
